Dr Pablo Angel Lugo
Mexico City
Pablo’s vast artistic output includes paintings, drawings, engravings, sculptures, videos, performances, illustrations, graphic designs and cinematic collaborations. His work has been exhibited in Mexico, Cuba, the USA, UK, Spain, Colombia, France, Portugal, Argentina and Indonesia amongst other countries. He has studied in Mexico and Spain, gaining a BA in Visual Arts and an MA and an MPhil in Public Art and he achieved his doctorate, a PhD in Public Art, supported by a scholarship from the Jumex Foundation.

Ligia Turincio Azueta

Ligia is a qualified lawyer who has also developed a career in social media marketing and organising international exhibitions in London, working with very many international artists such as Young-sung Kim (Korea), Nancy Wood (UK), Mrs Colorberry (Germany) and many others. She is also Partner in the Mexican and UK firm LawBiz Consulting Group.

John has over 25 years of experience in the art industry, primarily as Managing Director of an art materials manufacturer and joined Glocal to give the business a permanent UK presence and commercial direction.
